  1. What forms of payment does AmericanSunglass accept? Contact us at 1-800-243-5196 or email us if you wish to pay in a method not offered in our checkout or you have questions about payments. AmericanSunglass accepts Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover and PayPal.
  2. When will my order ship? Orders placed before 10am on business days ship same day. Orders placed after 10am or on weekends and holidays will ship the next available business day.
  3. What does American Sunglass charge for shipping? American Sunglass ships by both USPS and UPS. We offer a flat rate for USPS Priority and Express Mail which can deliver to any address with a zip code. We also offer UPS delivery services with shipping costs determined dynamically based on your location and selected service. This information is calculated before payment during checkout.
  4. Can I get assistance with my order? We would be happy to assist you with an order from American Sunglass. Please contact us by phone at 1-800-243-5196 Mon-Fri from 10am-6pm. Otherwise, please email us providing: your phone number, the best time to call, and your time zone. A sales associate will be sure to contact you promptly.
  5. How long is the warranty? Any item purchased from American Sunglass is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any concerns with your purchase, we will do everything we can to repair or replace the item within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, any warranty service must be obtained directly from the manufacturer.
  6. What is your return policy? Any item purchased online at AmericanSunglass.com may be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of the original invoice for credit or exchange. The returned merchandise must be received in our warehouse before the 30th day. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging and documentation. Worn, broken, or abused merchandise is non-returnable. Freight is non-refundable, except in the case where American Sunglass shipped a different item than what you ordered. Credit will be issued or an exchange processed upon inspection of the returned goods which may take up to 7-10 days to process. If you would like to return or exchange an item you have purchased, download the American Sunglass Return/Exchange Form, fill it out, and enclose it with your package. The return address and full instructions are on the form.
  7. Can I track my order? When you place an order with American Sunglass, we will send an order confirmation by email to the address provided during your purchase on our website. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email providing a tracking number within 24 hours of ship time. You can use the tracking number to follow your purchase as it is in transit.
  8. What is the best way to contact American Sunglass? Email is the most effective way to contact us at American Sunglass. We are able to answer emails promptly and can get back to you without requiring that you are available by phone. Also, having our inquiries in writing often helps our staff quickly understand what our customers are trying to convey, and grants us the ability to quickly resolve any possible concerns .   9. Can I place an order by phone? We welcome phone orders at American Sunglass. Just call us at 1-800-243-5196 Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST to place an order by phone. If you get transferred to voice mail during those hours, it means we are on the phone with another customer. Just leave a message with your name, phone number, and the best time to reach you and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also email us and we will contact you.
  10. Does American Sunglass match prices? If we can verify the price you found and that the item is in stock and available to ship, we will do everything we can to match the price and earn your business.   11. Does American Sunglass Ship Orders Internationally?  American Sunglass has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
      • To which countries do you ship? International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from American Sunglass. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.
